Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online through their website and got a call to schedule a first round interview a few weeks later. The first round was two interviews over the phone. First one was with an analyst, second was with an associate. Both were very behavioral with a few simple technical questions (3 main valuation methods, 3 financial statements, what is WACC). Both the analyst and associate were extremely nice and down to earth. That same day, I got invited to do a super day. Super day consisted of two interviews. First one was with 1 VP (was suppose to be 2 VPs, but the other one had an emergency meeting) and the second one was with an MD and an Analyst. However, the MD had to leave 5 minutes into the interview due to having to attend a meeting. Like the first round, the two interviews were very behavioral based with very simple techs. All the interviewers were very nice. Overall, the process was very straightforward and stress free. However, I didn't like how the interviewers didn't show up or had to leave early, but hey anything can happen in IB.
