Interview
First round consisted of an interview with the hiring manger. Jumped immediately into the interview with not a lot of introduction/small talk beforehand, and questions were asked in pretty fast succession. Only irregular question that stood out was "tell me about a time you were asked to do something that went against your morals". After the interview, the recruiter was friendly and straightforward about timeline to hear back. Got invited to a Superday which consisted of 3 interviews and a case study where we had to write an essay on a certain business problem in under 30 minutes, and then immediately present it to our interviewer in the next round. Interviewers were friendly and casual and straight shooters. Overall a really positive, but fairly challenging, interview process and I was extended an offer within the time I was quoted by the recruiter.
