Interview
I applied online after the career fair at Georgia Tech. There is a substantial amount of Tech alums that have done this track so I had a general expectation of what the process was like. The process started with an initial virtual interview with 3 questions where you recorded your answers. You had about 45 seconds to a minute to prepare your answer and then 90 seconds to respond. My second interviewer was with a 2nd year analyst and consisted of mostly behavioral questions with straight forward accounting basics. The superday was back to back behavioral/fit 45 minute interviews with VPs of the division. My best advice is to know Truist's values and find examples in previous experiences that you feel emulate those values. Come in with at least 4 stories to tell on your Superday, and make sure your TMAY is solid.

Next was a super day, where we had 6 hours of interview between multiple managers and an essay timed to write. Overall, not super difficult, but make sure to focus on leadership experience.

Interview
The first round consisted of a phone interview with another analyst. This phone call lasted about 30 minutes and it was mainly just about getting to know about me and asking questions about my experiences/resume. After this round, there was a virtual superday where I was rotated around to different people from analysts to VP's on the team. In this interview they asked a lot of behavioral questions but also asked technical questions related to basic real estate finance topics. Overall, it was a positive experience and the people were very respectful.
Interview Questions
There weren't a lot of difficult questions that were asked. It was mainly me telling them about my experiences/previous internships as well as my involvement at school. They asked why I was considering their company, why I choose to study real estate, and asked about the skills I would bring to the role. In terms of technical questions, they asked basic questions about the financial statements as well as key real estate terms like cap rates and DSCR.
