Summer Analyst

The first round of the interview was held on campus. This was after a dinner event. The first interview was twice as long as all other banks lasting an hour. I was interviewed by 4 people (2 associates and 2 analysts). The interview was broken down into 2 30 min sessions. Each session was roughly even for fit and technical. The final round interview was very long and I met in a private room with a total of 15 members of the group. If you don't talk with a director at the end of the final round interview, which is in Houston, then you did not receive an offer. This was the case for all 6 people I know who interviewed at TPH.
