Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online, received phone interview invitation a few weeks later. Interview was with an Associate Director.
On the phone interview they just ask a list of questions back to back. No 'tell me about yourself' and no opportunity to ask the interviewer any questions that aren't related to the process.
