Standard interview process for IB. Applied online with resume+cover letter than got invited to complete tests (comp + numeric). After about one month got interview for Sonru pre-recorded video interview. After 1 month received assessment centre.

Assessment centre consisted of 3 virtual interviews with MDs a VP and a Director.

Assessment consisted of a case that was distributed 45min prior to the interview where you are given time to prepare a presentation or discussion. I built a PPT and the interviewer said oh you didn't need to make one. Was asked technical questions focused on risk-return of debt-equity tradeoffs. What discount rate to use for dividend discount model. Why is debt cheaper than equity to raise. What multiple would be higher, the industry average or a tender offer multiple.

Received result after 2 weeks after assessment centre.
