Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Was asked several generic questions. What is my biggest strength? What is my biggest weakness? Also asked VERY general technical questions which I got 100% correct. I was rejected by phone under the premise that my technical skills were not sufficient...Also was not even given an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the interview.
