Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Coming from a non-core, you have to have your resume come from an employee referral to receive an interview. Phone screen was straight forward and easy. Super day was 4 interviews, 30 min a piece with 3 junior folks and then one MD. Junior folks seemed VERY disinterested in interviewing for non-target and did not take me seriously.
