Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Internal recruiter reached out to me whilst I was completing my 1 year internship. Said a new department in London was hiring a business analyst in regulatory reporting. He asked a few basic screening questions (personality based) and sent my resume to the hiring manager. Hiring manager arranged telephone interview with associate, associate recommended me to hiring manager. Associate interview was similar to internal recruitment interview, although a little more discussion regarding specific duties. Final stage was group interview with the team (of 3), I thought interview went very well; good rapport and had prepared. Recruiter never got back to me, e-mailed him after 7 days; no reply. Emailed after 10 days; no reply. Emailed after 3 weeks; no reply. Finally reached out to hiring manager through internal channels to find they'd recruited someone else.
