Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Was referred to the analyst through a buy-side contact following business school. Initial screening interview with HR, then a phone interview with the analyst. After that, four more phone interviews with various level people at the firm. Took a skills test and followed that up with two one-on-one video interviews. I was not close by, so all interviews were done remotely.
A week or two later, had phone calls with HR. No firm offer at that time, but given an indication that they planned to offer following a background check and pushed to commit to accepting an offer if it came. About three weeks after that, finally received a firm offer.
