Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Online application followed by a phone interview. The phone interview involved competency based questions, as well as questions about why you have chosen the bank, the division and the industry. The assessment centre involved a numerical test, followed by a presentation exercise (read through details about a specified company, then deliver a SWAP presentation to a current analyst). This was then followed by 2 interviews, one technical and one competency based.
