Group Finance Summer Internship

I applied online in sep/23, did the psychometrics and video interview immediately after. They called me mid December for an interview in two days. There was a call with recruiters one day before to explain how the interviews would work and there was about 20 candidatres in that call. It was two back to back interviews with two Executive directors, the first was more motivational (why UBS, why finance?), the second competency based questions. Both interviewers were very nice and talkative, so overall it was a pleasant experience. They called me 4 days later to offer me the job, which I accept. In total we were in 5 interns in the Group Finance.
