IBD Analyst

Referred by 2 employees - 3rd year analyst and 3rd year associate - who I was put in touch with by professors. HR sent back that they wanted me to fill out the online application as well. Didn't hear back until mid-February re: 1st round interviews. We were told bankers would reach out to us in the next few days and HR gave us a 1 week range in which to schedule the interview. 1st round interview was on the phone with 2x 1st year analysts in the consumer/retail group. Superday invite came through in less than a week.

Superday was 4 1v1 interviewers: 2 analysts and 2 associates. Approx 25 kids, mostly Indiana, UGA, and Michigan but some HYP.... then me from tiny midwest lib arts. Offer letter was dated and signed the day of my superday (Friday), but they didn't tell me until Monday - stressful weekend.
