Intern in Equity Derivatives, Certificates team

I applied online for this position and I didn't hear back from HR for 1 month. When they finally called they told me that the document upload failed and that I should try it again. Afterwards I was invited to the interview by email. The first interview was with the HR lady, who told me that the upload hasn't been successful again and that they only had my CV. Luckily I brought all of the other documents as copies to the interview. Second step was an interview with an employee from the certificates team asking me technical questions on options and other derivatives, mainly forwards and futures. This was followed by a more senior team member who asked me personal questions and asked me to walk him through my CV. Finally the last interview was with the team head, who wanted me to show him some sales skills, by him pretending to be an institutional client and me selling him one certificate. He even gave me a brief feedback at the end.
