Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Met with recruiter over the summer and explained my interest in IB. Few months later, I was invited for first round interviews with two analysts. It was a bit awkward since it was a two on one over the phone (never did that before). Every time I was talking, they would mute themselves, though the analysts were very nice.
