Investment Banking Analyst

Networked with bankers, got my resume pushed and got selected for first round FT interview early October. 1st round was a 30-minute interview with 2 analysts. Started with walk me through your resume, then we dived into my SA stint and deal experience. Technical questions consisted of valuation methods related to my deal and couples of M&A questions. Heard back after 1 week that I made it to superday. Superday was in the NYC office, 3 rounds. First 2 were 50/50 fit and technical with directors and associates, last round was purely technical with 2 senior analysts. Questions were standard and people were very nice and supportive. Was offered the job the next day. The whole interview process took exactly 3 weeks from the very first email from HR to the offer call from the banker who interviewed me.
