1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
One first-round with two vps, then a final interview within a week with two directors. They got back to me about the offer after the weekend, and sent the offer letter two days later.
Chicago culture seemed friendly and fun, but was not the same during the summer due to many key departures.
