Investment Banking Summer Analyst

Hirevue with basic behavioral and technicals ( tell me about yourself, 3 evaluation methods,etc) then a super day with a MD, an analyst, and an associate. To get the superday, I networked with an associate and ultimately befriended him. He then referred me which got me the super day interview. I already had a freshman IB internship so my resume definitely stood out as well. In the superday, the MD asked me quite a few questions about my internships and what I did. He also asked several hypothetical questions about the market, trying to test my understanding. The associate and analyst asked technicals from the WSO guides and mostly just ensured that I knew what the role required of me. Overall, interview was fairly streamlined.
