Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied for a very specific tailor made job for UBS Horizons. It is a frist year programme which directly secures a summer internship next year.
First I sent an online application with an online numerical and logical test. I passed both these stages and after a month was asked to write a 400 word essay on my future goals and aspirations. I qualified fro this stage as well and then was called for a 20 minutes telephone interview. After a week or two I was called for an assessment centre with other candidates which included numerical test, group exercise, presentataion and a 1 on 1 interview.
