Applied online through the UBS website and within a couple of weeks I got a phone call from the HR recruiter who asked some questions about my resume. A month later, I was invited to the super day which consisted of two interviews. There were two directors from different groups on each interview who asked mostly personality questions trying to identify if I would be a right fit. Overall, it was an easy interview, they did not ask any technical questions and didn't discuss compensation.
