1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Initial phone interview--pretty basic and behavioral questions (no technical finance questions). In person on-site interview, very relaxed, discussed past experience list on resume, why I want to work at UBS, any experience calling people and marketing experience. No technical or market questions--mainly focused on fit and communication skills
