Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online and had to do an online numerical test. I then had one interview. They asked all the standard questions - Why banking? Why UBS? Why risk? They also wanted to know which area of risk I was most interested in. The interviewer was pretty high up in the company which I wasn't expecting. I was also asked things like - describe a time when you had to compromise/negotiate with someone, describe a time when you failed to complete something, 3 best strengths, 3 worst weaknesses, why did you pick your university/course?
