Sales and Trading Summer Analyst

Interview was a simple one-on-one meeting for approximately 45 minutes in my university's career center. Questions were 100% fit and we discussed a few travel destinations we both liked. I was not a finance or economics major so I think they were really just seeing if I was personable enough as they felt they could teach me everything on the job. That night there was a happy hour type event with the top 6 candidates where we just interacted informally with members of the recruiting team, then offers were extended about a week later.
