Invited to AC after an online application and short phone interview.
AC included an SHL paper based numerical test, a group discussion task, two one on one interviews and a presentation with follow up questions.
The day was well organised and I enjoyed my interactions with the staff.
Make sure to use a wide variety of examples for the different competency questions, I wasn't asked anything technical but I know others were.
