Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online on September. No networking. Did one numerical test afterward (multiple choice, working on data sets, it was kinda tough, I didn't even finish half of those questions). Also did one situational judgement test. Then proceed to Sonru (basic questions like What is UBS strengths? Which two companies should merge? etc.). Got invited to phone screen in early November, consisted of two rounds with MDs. The first one was technical (valuations, accretion-dilution), the other one was fit. Then got invited to Superday in mid-November. Superday comprised of 1 half hour long case study and 2 interviews with bankers. The experience from phone screen to Superday was great, everyone was nice. Unfortunately, didn't get the offer (Heard back after 2 weeks after Superday).
