Please describe the interview / hiring process.
This is a summary of the interview process after you complete a spring week. They only select the interns that passed the numerical test they give out mid-week, from there you have four interviews on the Friday of the same week. First interview will be a presentation on a company so you go through a SWOT analysis and at the end you have to make recommendations or give ideas as to what they can do to increase their revenue. Next is a competency based interview, pretty straight forward, similar to the one you would have already done over the phone. Then you have the more technical interview, they go through brain teasers and ask you questions about current events (like the Chinese stock market crash this year, Swiss Franc and Quantitative Easing last year). Finally you get to the group interview, it's essentially a case study within the group, the goal is not to speak the most or be a leader in the discussion but to say meaningful effective things, give good ideas and prompt your colleagues to speak as well.
