Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Started off with the basic Skills test and Fit test. For skills its basic maths and pattern recognition along with how quickly can you find small snippets of information from a large amount of texts. The best way to practice is to take the mock test on the software used by UBS and a little bit from the websites from Google as well. Personality test, just keep in mind values of UBS and you should be good.
