Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I connected with a alumni from my school who works for CBRE Advisors. He connected me with a close friend of his at UBS who works in their real estate division.
He pushed my resume forward. I had a phone interview with 2 associates from 2 different groups. 3 weeks later, I was flown out to NY to interview. I had a total of 3 interviews. One was with 2 associates, one with a VP, and one with an associated. Questions were easy, more fit questions than technicals. Technicals included walking through a DCF and explaining how to use comps.
