Summer Associate

First round interview was on-campus, but seemed to be a formality as the two interviewers were alumni, and they knew who had done the requisite legwork to not embarrass themselves in a final round setting.

Final round consisted of 3 1v1 interviews, two with junior bankers and one with an MD. The first interviewer focused mostly on fit (ie, why banking, why UBS, why Industrials etc.) while the second interviewer focused on technicals. Both were friendly, and I think actively trying to establish rapport went a long way. The MD was chill, and it felt like more of a conversation. Overall, fairly laid-back, but make sure you have your script down and know your technicals.
