Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1st round was a phone interview - fit, motivational questions and CV-related questions. Simple interview.
2nd round was 2-1 face-to-face interview. 2 business managers conducted the interview. Very similar to the 1st round. Also a chance to ask about how the team works. Overall, it was more of assessing your expectations of the internship.
3rd round - AC. There were about 8 candidates and we were split into 2 groups. 1 group will be given 30 mins to go through a case study and to prepare a short presentation while the other will work on a numerical test that is slightly harder than the online test. There was also 2-1 interview after the presentation of the case.
