Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Typical prescreening. Sonru with straightforward personal questions with one question about markets, then math test (algebra really). Phone interview (casual). Super days didn't really happen, I guess because of COVID/online. Just had 4-5 interviews over the course 2-3 days. Mostly personality, fit, all non-technical stuff. Naturally some markets-focused, idea-focused stuff, but no hard technicals.
