Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Had to apply online (CV + Competency questions instead of a CL). Then SHL numerical test. I am an international student based in Spain so I was supposed to have 2 telephone interviews, but I got rejected after having the first telephone interview.
I have to say that it I initially applied at the end of November and it took over 2 months to hear back from HR and move to te next round.
The telephone interview was with a Graduate Recruiter and lasted 15 min. The interviewer was completely unpleasant, and there was a lot of noise in the background so I could barely hear what she was asking. Therefore I had to ask her to repeat the question a few times.
