someone who was already working at UBS asked if I was interested in an intern position, emailed them my resume and a few days later i got an email about a phone interview. the interview was all behavioral and very relaxed. most of the time the interveiwer was explaining the job requirments, what the main tasks were, the type of person they want to work to there, etc. asked me all the basic fit questions
