UBS Sophomore Investment Banking Internship

First, applied to the job posting on UBS's website. Then, was able to secure a first round interview through networking with an alumnus. Was questioned on the standard "tell me about yourself", "why IB", etc. and then grilled on basic technicals (Walk me through a DCF, What multiples should you use for comps). After doing well on the networking call, alumnus pushed me to HR and received a HireVue invite the next day. With UBS, the HireVue in this case serves as a first round and direct feeder to the superday. HireVue consisted of six behaviorals (why UBS, why you?) and heard back after three weeks of doing it. Superday consisted of three 20-minute interviews back-to-back. Two interviews were behavioral/technical (Very basic behaviorals/technicals) and last interview was purely behavioral. Nine people in total were invited to the superday and I believe two ended up being selected for the position.
