Wealth Management/Stockbroker Intern

I applied for the position on my colleges career source website. Had a short 15 minute phone interview discussing the job requirements, and to see if I could hold a conversation well on the phone. Afterwards, I was invited for an in person interview at the office. I came in and met with one of the FAs in the group. We mostly discussed my academic history and fit questions. The interview lasted about 30 minutes before I was offered the position (pending a background check). After the background check went through and my references were contacted, I was hired.
