Private Wealth Management Intern

Applied online and got an email requesting to set up a phone screen with one of the members of the team who basically asked me why I was interested in PWM and then got sent a an excel document which I had to review and "create a list of questions for." Asked around and this was unheard of, but was also asked to send in a paragraph alongside of those questions about what I would invest in at the moment. Was then invited in to meet the team which was entirely resume based and behavioral.
