Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I submitted an application online in June. In July I had a first-round phone interview with the recruiter. Questions were behavioral like walk me through your resume, why UBS, why PWM. The recruiter also talked about the internship program. In August I had a super day with 4 different people at the firm, each 30 minutes. These questions were also all behavioral. Two days later I got a call offering me the internship.
