Applied from a website. Had an initial phone call with the hiring agent, having sent my CV. Then attended the interview. Consisted of a assessed group task with 2 other candidates, and had to present at the end. Then had two 1-of-1 interviews, asking my career motivations, asking what I had done so far, why I chose to study my A-level subjects, asking why I would be good for the role etc.
