Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online and also sent an email to the hiring manager / group lead of the leveraged finance team. Was able to set up a call with one of the managing directors and the chief credit officer based in London. Fairly technical interview and not many behavioral Qs (How to calculate xyz leverage ratios, interest coverage ratios, how the 3 statements work together etc, and also scenario based questions with a focus on how certain industries/companies might fare as a result of COVID). Overall a good experience but never heard back from them.
