Personality Test
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Consists of an initial cultural appraisal test, then Sonru Interview, then a 1.5 hour super day. The interview consists of standard banking behavioral questions and standard break into Wall Street technical questions, nothing out of the ordinary.
