Getting the interview was the most difficult part. The firm reached out through our alumni network and I followed up with a few of the analysts on the team. From there I was referred around and then about a month of silence where I followed up with one analyst who I got to know pretty well. She kept me in the loop until end of Feburary when the hirevue dropped which was pretty standard. From there it was a superday then got the offer about a week after.
