Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Got referred to a job at UBS for a summer internship in Sales & Trading. It started with completing an application, then taking a IQ test and a test based on company culture and fit. I passed the initial tests and was invited to a hirevue. After that the process was completed and they moved on to other applicants. Relatively easy process; however, there is big applicant pool, and limited spots. So you really have to have a passion for S&T which I did not have.
