Please describe the interview / hiring process.
A local headhunter from Minneapolis reached out and passed along my resume to the HR. The HR connected me with the Associate. I had a one on one call with the associate. No technical but lot of deal experience questions. The second round was with the associate and the VP (video call). Again, asked a lot of questions about the deals I closed but didn't get selected for the next round. They didn't share any feedback as to why.
