Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Citi started recruiting on-campus a couple of years ago through recent graduates. Went through two phone interviews which lasted 45 minutes each, one of which was behavioral and the other was technical. The Superday consisted of four 30 minute interviews, three were behavioral and the last was technical. Their senior guys who interview during the Superday were more on the relaxed side compared to other firms; they genuinely wanted to hear what you have to say during the process.
