Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was initially referred by a P66 employee to some senior management (she also dropped off my resume), and within a few weeks, they contacted me directly and set up an interview. It consisted of multiple rounds with various management/HR personnel. The bulk of the interviews was behavioral/fit questions, with a few technicals thrown in. As per advice, I would say that there's no need to cram for technicals (they were pretty straightforward), and be genuine. As stated, the behavioral aspect was huge.
