Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online for the Quant Summer Internship at UBS in Warsaw, Poland.
First thing consisted of online testing where I did a personality and skills test. The personality test is much more harder and important than you think so recommend putting effort into that one.
After this I received a phone call from one of their recruiters (maybe 1 month or so later) asking me a couple of behavioral questions.
After this, I got notified I had advanced to the next stage and that my application was now sitting at the relevant team.
Never heard back so guess I did not advance.
