Interview
Pretty standard, first round was a phone interview with the hiring manager to go over my resume and ask basic questions about my company and why I was interested in the job. Second round I was brought on campus for an interview with 6 different people all in various areas of finance. Standard behavioral type of questions and a couple mini cases. There was technically a third round where I grabbed lunch with the entire team I would be working on, even though I was told it was not an interview it definitely was one.
Interview Questions
The position was for a financial analyst for sports marketing, so a big part of the job was going to require me to deal with athlete and endorsement deals and doing the financial analysis behind new contracts. One question asked me to explain my thought process behind analyzing a new athlete signing and who I thought Under Armour should sign next. They then dug even further after that and asked me what factors would you look at and how would I structure the deal and in what way would I model the deal.

Interview
I applied to underarmour through our university's handshake application. Didn't receive a reply for quite a bit of time so I decided to send a cold email, to which I got a rather fast response. They wanted me to do a webcam interview.
Interview Questions
How would you make our company better. I honestly should have prepared more, was not expecting that questions. They were expecting answers such as globalization. I think they would have been satisfied with buzzwords but you should always prepare to provide further explanations. Overall the questions were pretty standard, no "gotcha" type questions. Other questions were pretty standard. Some were about what do you like about our company. The overall difficulty was pretty low, nothing like the questions you'll get in banking.
