I was firstly contacted by the head of the team I applied to through a phone call. Then he scheduled an interview that was mostly behavioral, about fit and about a description of the role I would have performed. Following, I had an interview with a more senior person. Nothing excessively technical, just a financial statements questions applied to some real cases (e.g. a company directly selling to consumers vs. a wholesaler).

After 2 months they sent me an email saying that I had been shortlisted and that I was invited for an interview in August 2021. The interview was motivational and technical. The same day, after the interview I was offered the internship.
