I had made a contact with an HR partner who gave me his email and contact information, after applying for the position and reaching out to him I received an email directly from the head of the division to schedule a 1 on 1 video interview.
The interview was mostly behavioural: I was asked first to talk about myself and then about a difficult situation I faced and one in which I failed. Then I was asked about the company and the division. No technical questions were asked
