Summer Analyst at UniCredit

I applied online, got invited to several tests and then got called for a phone interview. The tests were very different from the usual bank aptitude tests but were fairly easy. The interview itself was with 2 senior guys and was mainly motivation based. They really wanted to know whether you understand the line of business as opposed to random technicalities.

The company culture is very laid back, unlike most American banks. Since UniCredit is in the lending business there is seldom any need to rush things in the last minute before the deadline.
